Tired. I hope I'm not getting sick.


BREAKFAST:
Omelette (1 yolk, 1 white)

LUNCH:
Tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread

SNACK:
Veggies
Sweet potato

DINNER:
Spinach
Lasagna

EXERCISE:

Walked to work and back (2 miles)
