I did okay today ultimately, but I ate a lot and gained .5 lb.

Breakfast/Lunch:

Tuna fish
2 pieces of toast

Extended dinner:

California roll sushi
2 pieces of Muenster cheese
Handful of croutons
Bites of pasta dish
Salad

Exercise: 10 miles on the bike

Weight:150.5

Update at 1 a.m.: 149.5! (Maybe it's because it's technically morning?)
