(I was making cookies for my co-worker...I had to try them, right?)
EXERCISE:
Walk to work and back, took a walk around Ditmars: 2.5 miles

don't get discouraged.... if your getting your period then it could be water weight from bloating! Just keep eating healthfully and exercising!
