10 minutes treadmill
I JUST NEED TO LOSE THREE MORE POUNDS IN ORDER TO BE A THIRD OF THE WAY THROUGH MY JOURNEY! I CAN DO IT! AND THEN I'LL LOOK LIKE THIS:
